Schmidt Nichols has contributed to several transformative projects throughout the City of West Palm Beach, including 312 Northwood. This completed urban redevelopment project brought new energy to the Northwood Village area, combining residential and mixed-use spaces that activate the streetscape and enhance connectivity to Currie Park and the waterfront.

Developed by Neil Kozokoff of Parkland Companies, the four-story, 105-unit apartment building includes 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and occupies a 1.3-acre site at 2305 to 2309 Ponce de Leon Avenue and 304 to 312 23rd Street. Schmidt Nichols provided urban planning and landscape architecture services that helped bring the vision for this dynamic, community-oriented development to life just north of downtown West Palm Beach, between North Dixie Highway and North Flagler Drive.
