312 NORTHWOOD

During the busiest development boom in recent years, Schmidt Nichols has had the opportunity to work on several place-making projects throughout the City of West Palm Beach. The nearly completed 312 Northwood apartment building is one of these unique urban redevelopment projects for the surrounding community. Neil Kozokoff of Parkland Companies requested urban planning and landscape architecture for the waterfront property with the goal of incorporating various mixed-uses on the first level which faces Currie Park and the historic Northwood Village.

The four story 105-unit building is anticipated to be completed the Summer 2017. It’s located on the 1.3-acre site at 2305 to 2309 Ponce de Leon Ave and 304 to 312 23rd Street. The building will include 3,500 SF of ground-floor retail. That’s located just north of downtown West Palm Beach between North Dixie Highway and North Flagler Drive.
