Marigold Farms

Marigold is a stunning residential property located in Wellington, spanning 10.66 acres in size. This beautiful development was created to have three designated areas all in one site. The first area being residential so the owner of the property can reside on the site. The second area is a covered arena for training no matter the weather conditions and the third area is an outdoor sand area and operational horse training space.

Schmidt Nichols completed a hardscape document package consisting of a pool, pool pavement, driveways, walk ways, entry gates, a sunken fire pit, and synthetic turf areas. The landscape plan was created with contemporary design to match the architectural features of the property. A landscape lighting plan was also created to accentuate the landscaping around the area giving it life and dimension at night.
