This includes hardscaping, Land Use and rezoning entitlements, Site Planning and Landscape Planning for the entire property including: perimeter landscape buffers, interior landscape requirements, parking areas, etc. and incorporates building foot prints, service areas, ingress and egress points, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, drop off points, required parking, required loading, and required buffers. Notable amenities include a sunrise pool, a sunset pool, a bocce ball court, a luxury spa, and a private dog running area, enhancing the residential experience.
