Roxy's Rooftop

Roxy’s Rooftop is an Irish Pub located within the downtown master plan Clematis Waterfront District area on the north side of Clematis Street, east of N. Dixie Highway and west of Olive Ave. in the City of West Palm Beach. This pub is located at 309 Clematis Street on 0.18 acres of property within a three story building. The purpose of this project would be to combine the existing properties of the building and expand the rooftop area with the rooftop parcel to the left. This expansion will add 3,034 sf to the existing rooftop and dining deck. In addition to the added square footage, a new rooftop pool and dining deck will be added creating a lively and charming space where guests can enjoy the view of the city of West Palm Beach. The existing rooftop will be undergoing renovations including a new covered dining area, a reconfigured bar and a new seating area for rooftop dining. The first floor is proposed to be renovated into a full service restaurant, the second floor is to be an office area, and the third will be occupied by pool equipment and support structure for the pool above.
