ONE BREAKERS ROW

One Breakers Row is the residential community owned and operated by The Breakers Resort and it is located directly north of the historic hotel. The Breakers commissioned Schmidt Nichols to create three conceptual designs for the front entry way for this resort community, as well as the garage entrance, the pedestrian pathways and the lawn overlooking the waterfront.

Schmidt Nichols has had a positive working relationship with The Breakers since 2000, and has had the opportunity to design the children's playground, parking areas, front lawn pavilions, the main entry way, in addition to The Breakers West pool and patio deck, the recreational community center.
