COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Schmidt Nichols was contacted by the Community Foundation in order to assist them in realizing a park re-configuration. Services included Due Diligence, Pre-application Meetings and Site Planning completed within phase one. Followed by phase two completed in 2020 that involved landscape design, hardscape design and construction documents. 

Schmidt Nichols provided construction administration services throughout the project to its completion as well as being heavily involved in the coordination of the multiple consultants required to complete the project.
