Vacant and undeveloped, the subject property is 2.20 acres located at the northwest corner of Centrepark Boulevard and Centrepark East Drive. The development is to be a 12-story, 220-unit multifamily residential building with an attached 5-story parking garage structure, with 120’ height. This will be second residential development within the Centrepark DRI. Surrounded by a high concentration of office use employers, multi-family residential development will be a complementary use, and has the potential to capture alternative modes of transportation such as walking or biking to work. The project seeks to add development use diversity to this area of the City, with the addition of 220 residential units in a modern structure, designed to catalyze urban activity along its frontage with walk-up units and strategic placement of the lobby and a retail use at the intersection of Centrepark Drive East and Centrepark Boulevard.
