DRIVE SHACK

The Drive Shack is a golf and sports entertainment facility. It is located on the Southwest corner of Belvedere Road and Australian Avenue. The Subject property is a 12.37 acre site owned by Palm Beach County and controlled and maintained by palm Beach County International Airport (PBIA). The project scope includes various small changes to improve vehicular circulation, reduce the heat island effect, accommodate FPL utilities and several changes to the proposed site plan to match current built conditions on the site and adjacent parcels. The project also included reconfiguration of point of entry on Belvedere Road, reduction of parking spaces and landscape changes.
