PINNACLE PALMS

Pinnacle Palms is a senior citizen affordable housing project developed by Pinnacle Housing Group in Miami. This development includes five buildings that range from one to seven stories.  The 152 unit residential complex is located in an urban in-fill area.  The property includes expansive common areas of courtyards, clubhouse, pool and a passive recreation area.
