BELLEAIRE APARTMENTS

This 180 unit multi-family affordable housing apartment complex is located on an 11 acre site and is made up of seven buildings with a clubhouse, pool amenities and open green space.  The design of the property was sensitive to the existing grades and the existing oak hammocks habitat.  The incorporation and preservation of the existing oak trees was essential to negotiations with the City of Largo during the approval process.  The continued presence of these full canopy oaks throughout the property was essential to the overall sense of place, and was key to the high occupancy and success of this award winning project.
