FAIRLANE FARMS

Fairlane Farms is a large private equestrian estate that sits on nearly six acres of green fields in the Mallet Hill development. The estate includes a residence, as well as horse stables. The main entry drive way to the stables is lined with large canopy trees, which in time creates a shaded path up to the stables. The architecture of the buildings is accented with large palm trees to create a dignified view from the sand ring. Flowering canopy trees dot the landscape providing splashes of color and espaliered vines provide detail to screen walls around utility areas. Flowering vines trained on the fence along the south property line provide screening and interesting color. Overall, the landscape’s simple, yet stately appearance provides the perfect complement to the traditional-styled stables.
