CONGRESS COMMERCE CENTER

This campus style mixed use project has over 200,000 SF of retail, office, medical office and light industrial space. The project was designed with common areas for tenants and a mail center kiosk. The wide range of uses provides for various lease price points, and creates a diverse opportunity for business networking. In addition, the development has been a source of analysis for multiple municipalities looking to replicate this type of complex. Overall, the Congress Commerce Center demonstrates how a range of commercial and industrial uses can operate in harmony with one another.  This project received the City of Delray S.P.R.A.B. (Site Plan Review and Appearance Board) Award for Excellence in Design for New Industrial Construction in 2004.
