DEMMER RESIDENCE

The Demmer residence is located right on the Earman River in North Palm Beach. The client wanted to connect their outside space to the waterfront, by removing their existing standard screen enclosure and remodelling the pool and patio. Schmidt Nichols also added a 12 inch high planter wall, patio and steps along deck. All of the existing landscaping was replaced and the pool deck was replaced with new hardscape materials.
