PBC FIRE RESCUE STATION 44

Palm Beach County Fire Station No. 44 is the prototypical 5,500 square foot fire rescue facility on just over 2 acres.  Jon E. Schmidt and Associates provided professional services necessary for Landscape Plans as required for permitting and construction in Palm Beach County. This includes final signed and sealed Landscape Plans for the entire property made up of perimeter landscape buffers, interior landscape requirements, parking area, etc. and incorporates building footprints, services areas, ingress and egress points, pedestrian and vehicular circulation, drop off points, required parking, required loading, required buffers, trash receptacles, sign locations and drainage location.  The Landscape Plans also depict current location of plant material to be preserved on site, as well as the proposed landscape material, which complies with the minimum requirements and the approved conditions of approval.
