VILLAS ON ANTIQUE ROW

Schmidt Nichols prepared the Master Site Plan and obtained approval of a Major Planned Development Amendment & Waivers application as well as a Major Subdivision (Replat) application from the City of West Palm Beach.  The mixed use project includes both a residential and commercial components.  The residential component includes townhomes as well as garage units, and the non-residential component includes 6,914 SF of retail and office space.

The Villas on Antique Row are comprised of 46, two and three story townhomes and carriage homes located in the heart of the Antique Row Design District.  This community is nestled within abundant lush tropical landscaping highlighted by a pool garden which includes a central fountain, an imported marble deck and lounge seating throughout.  Located in one of the historic neighborhoods of the city, this project increases the community's walk score by designing the commercial space along the street and the homes toward the back of the property. The streetscape for Dixie Highway has been transformed from an Florida Department of Transportation standard to include a new streetscape design that includes decorative pavers, lighting and plantings for a more downtown ambience.
