1500 CENTREPARK

This 2.48-acre, 246-unit, multi-family development is the latest addition to the growing Centrepark community. The property is located at the southeast corner of Australian Avenue and Centrepark Boulevard and the project is nearing completion. Schmidt Nichols provided planning and design services which included minor amendments to the original approval from 1985. In addition, Schmidt Nichols provided landscape design services through all aspects of the property including a modern pool deck and interior garden areas.
