CLEMATIS PLACE

Clematis Place is a proposed mixed use project that will combine residential and commercial uses in a five-story structure located within the 500 block of Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach.  The project proposes blending the old with the new by preserving and reusing the existing building's historic façade where Sewell's Hardware used to be. The 60,000 SF structure acts as a bookend to the redeveloped south side of Clematis Street by reinforcing the area's urban character.
