Located within the Centrepark DRI, this 1.27-acre site will be developed with a 13-story, 155,765-square-foot professional office building. Access is provided from Centrepark Drive North, south of Australian Boulevard and Old Okeechobee Road.

The landscape design retains much of the site’s mature canopy, preserving 31 of 44 existing Live Oaks and relocating three within the property. A large Ficus tree will be repositioned to the corner of Australian Boulevard and Old Okeechobee Road, establishing a shaded focal plaza at the building’s north façade.

Additional outdoor areas along Australian Boulevard and the main entry create usable open space for building tenants and visitors.
