The Iberia Bank redevelopment in Downtown West Palm Beach is a 10,000 SF, two-story office building designed in the Anglo-Caribbean style. Schmidt Nichols balanced the facility’s operational needs with the surrounding urban context, preserving the area’s character and cohesion. The building’s front façade creates a strong presence on the street, fitting seamlessly with the surrounding area and making the sidewalk more inviting for pedestrians. A well-planned motor court provides access for drive-through teller services without interrupting traffic flow. Landscaping surrounds the property, offering both aesthetic value and a welcoming buffer.
