IBERIA BANK

The Iberia Bank redevelopment in Downtown West Palm Beach is about 10,000 SF. The two story office building was designed in the Anglo-Caribbean style. The challenge that was overcome while designing this site was to accommodate the needs and services of this facility  within the urban framework. The building emphasizes a strong street façade which anchors the building to the adjacent streets. Other design features include a motor court entry way for the drive through tellers and lush landscaping along the entire perimeter of the property.
