Schmidt Nichols successfully navigated a targeted code amendment, securing a height bonus expanding a cap from 10 to 30 stories. This achievement advanced the project and helped shape future development standards in West Palm Beach. The tower’s design features a vertical green façade across a living parking garage, blending environmental performance with striking visual impact.
