Repeat client, Jeff Greene contracted Schmidt Nichols to provide urban planning and landscape architecture for his mixed-use redevelopment planned for 550 North Quadrille Boulevard. The envisioned 829,000 SF project includes 410,000 SF of Class A office space and a separate 200-room, 96,000 SF hotel with 84 residences. The design for this skyscraper takes a more sustainable approach featuring a living parking garage exterior with lush green stretching from top to bottom of the structure. If approved, the development would also feature a restaurant, health club, indoor and outdoor tennis courts located on the upper level decks.
