PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Verde Elementary School has been a part of the Boca Raton community for many years, so when it was time for a major re-model the lead architect contacted Schmidt Nichols to provide landscape and irrigation services.

Grove Park Elementary School in Palm Beach Gardens, was extensively renovated, reopening in August 2024 as a state-of-the-art facility with 77,000 square feet to accommodate 650 students.

Wynnbrooke Elementary School is undergoing a comprehensive modernization, replacing the old campus with new, state-of-the-art buildings including a two-story classroom building and a separate cafeteria/kitchen building.

Historic Roosevelt Full Service Center in West Palm Beach is undergoing a multi-phase renovation into the Historic Roosevelt Full-Service Center, which will provide community and adult education programs, career technical education, and community spaces. ​

Western Pines Middle School in West Palm Beach, FL, underwent renovations that included the demolition of existing structures and site work for a new educational facility.
