Schmidt Nichols is proud to play a leading role in bringing this landmark West Palm Beach project to life, now officially under construction. Our team has guided the project from early planning through public representation, working closely with client Charles Cohen and Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. We designed a distinctive public ground plane that flows with the building’s form, shaping an urban space rooted in the character of West Palm Beach. Schmidt Nichols also led the design of the parking garage rooftop, transforming it into a functional event deck with integrated green spaces and amenities that support both large-scale gatherings and everyday tenant use.
