Schmidt Nichols is currently working closely with client Charles Cohen and Pillie Clarke Pelli Architects to provide planning and public representation services in effort to bring to fruition this landmark West Palm Beach Project. In addition, Schmidt Nichols designed a public ground plane that compliments the building shapes and architectural motifs and creates an quintessentially urban space with a West Palm Beach vibe. Schmidt Nichols has also had the pleasure to design the parking garage rooftop as an event deck accented with green spaces and user amenities that has the capacity to hold a large scale event or an everyday lunch break for the tenants in the main building
