Completed in 2015, a new repair & service center totaling 19,000 s.f. with an adjoining office of 5,000 s.f. for Altec, an equipment and service provider for utility, telecommunications, lighting and more. The development is comprised of four parcels totaling 6.13 acres of land located within the Interstate Industrial Park in the City of Riviera Beach. Schmidt Nichols provided planning, landscape architecture and site planning services.
